Tom Blair (1967-71) helped lead Tiffin to its first ever National title in basketball. Over the final three seasons of his career, TU compiled a 53-16 record. That team won two LEC titles and was led offensively by Blair. Blair averaged 18 points per game for his career. His sterling career was completed in 1971 with TU's National Championship team. During that season Blair was named First Team All-American. He totaled 1273 points in his career, at the time the highest in TU history. He graduated in 1971 with a degree in Business Management.
