Frank Barber (1940-2013), the Voice of the Dragons, made numerous contributions to the promotion of Tiffin University athletics during his radio broadcasting career. Beginning with his arrival in Tiffin in 1994, Frank continually promoted Tiffin University athletics, broadcasting football and men's and women's basketball games both on radio and local television. He also was the original host of Dragon Radio Live, a monthly interview program with Dragons' coaches and athletes. Frank was a 1959 graduate of Madison High School in Rochester, N.Y.   He was a lifetime radio broadcaster in New York, Pennsylvania and Tiffin, Ohio, and was also known as the Voice of Seneca County. He and his wife of 51 years, Elaine, were residents of Tiffin
