Tiffin and Malone squared off in a GLIAC matchup at Paradiso Fields, combining for 42 shots on the day, but Malone's lone goal midway through the first half ending up being the deciding one in a 1-0 defeat.

Tiffin (2-4-2, 1-4-1 GLIAC) outshot the Pioneers 11-9 in the first half, but it was Malone's Rubem Miranda who took a pass from Kelvin Aquino and placed it in the upper 90 in the 26th minute to take a 1-0 lead into the half.

The Dragons were outshot 13-9 in the second half but could not manage to put a goal in the net. Jeremy Ashley took the loss in goal despite making 12 saves.
