Box Score Tiffin University (4-4, 2-2 G-MAC) found itself in a hole early and could not dig itself out, falling at Davenport 20-5.
The Dragons were outshot in the first quarter 13-3 including a 10-1 margin in shots on goal as Davenport outscored TU in the opening period 6-0.
Tiffin got goals from
Cole Mack and
Matthew Nunnaro in the first half but trailed overall 9-2 at halftime. Davenport held a 24-12 shot edge at the intermission.
Overall the Panthers kept up the offensive pressure, outshooting TU in the game 50-33. They also committed only 14 turnovers while forcing 20 from the Dragons.
Davenport also won the faceoff battle 23-6 while also taking 36 ground balls to TU's 17.

John Filippou while Cotter and
