Tiffin University (4-4, 2-1 GLIAC) exploded out of the gate and never looked back, overwhelming Lake Erie 17-8 in a game that brought the Dragons to .500 for the season.
Tiffin opened by scoring 11 straight goals, including 5 goals in the first 4:30. They led 13-2 at the half.
The Dragons held a 23-5 shot advantage in the first half, and eventually finished with a 34-17 edge. TU dominated on the draws also, winning 23-4. TU also held a 15-12 lead on ground balls.
