Biography

2015:

Emily led the Dragons in goals with 69 and total points with 82. Emily was an All-GLIAC 1st team selection and a GLIAC All-Academic Excellence selection. Emily snagged 32 ground balls and 51 draw controls while causing 15 caused turnovers. Roussel is 3rd all-time in NCAA Division II with 282 career goals and 2nd in Tiffin University women's lacrosse history. Her 348 career points rank her 2nd in Tiffin University record book and 12th in NCAA Division II history.

2014:

Roussel played in all 20 games for the Dragons, starting 18. She led the Dragons in goals, points, and was second in assists. Emily snagged 48 ground balls, 78 draw controls, and caused 28 turnovers. She earned two GLIAC awards last year - GLIAC Co-Attacker of the year and 1st team All-GLIAC

2013:

Started all 19 games ... Scored 63 goals with 15 assists for 78 points ... Had a career-high seven goals versus Walsh (April 5) ... Ranked among the top 25 in NCAA Division II in goals, goals per game, points and ground balls ... All-GLIAC second team ... Synapse Sports and Women's Lacrosse.com All-Rookie selection.

Georgetown HS:

Two-time all-state honoree ... Helped her team qualify for the state playoffs twice.

Personal:

Daughter of Karen and Bill ... Has two siblings, Stephanie and Robert ... Roussel is planning on majoring in Marketing.
