Tiffin University (22-28) had a rough sixth inning, allowing 5 runs in falling to Ursuline 7-1 in the GMAC tournament consolation game.

The game was close until the sixth. Trailing 2-0 in the fourth inning, the Dragons cut the deficit in half with a home run by Aubrie Harper.

TU also had two on with just one out in the fifth inning but could not get a run home. In the top of the sixth inning, the Arrows put five runs on the board to put the game out of reach.

Claire Feldkamp took the loss, pitching 5.1 innings and allowing 6 earned runs with 6 strikeouts. Sarah Klein finished with 1.2 innings of work.

Taylor Whalen had 2 of TU's 5 hits. Harper's home run was the lone extra base hit.
