Paige McMenemy has resigned as Head Softball Coach at Tiffin University.
McMenemy will be taking the Head Coach position at Ohio University after a successful five-year run leading the Dragons.
McMenemy posted a career coaching mark of 152-108 (.585), including 79-41 (.658) in conference play.
Under McMenemy's direction, the Dragons made two consecutive NCAA regional appearances while also winning back-to-back G-MAC regular season championships. She was named G-MAC Coach of the Year in 2025 and 2026.
Tiffin's softball team improved from 22-28 in her debut season in 2022 to a peak of 43-14 in 2025 while also posting a 34-16 mark in 2026. Over the last two seasons Tiffin went 41-7 in G-MAC play.
"Paige is one heck of a coach, and she will be greatly missed by Dragon Nation," said Athletic Director Kelly Daniel. "Her championships, national rankings, and Coach of the Year honors are a testament to the outstanding leader and competitor she is. Her impact on our student-athletes and program extends far beyond wins and accolades. While her time with us is coming to an end, her coaching journey is far from over, and we know she has many more successes ahead. We thank Paige for her dedication, passion, and commitment to our University, and we wish her nothing but the very best in the next chapter of her career."
"Tiffin University will always hold a special place in my heart," said McMenemy. "I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have led this program over the past five years and for the relationships built with our student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and supporters. I would especially like to thank Athletic Director Kelly Daniel and the university administration for their trust, support, and belief in me throughout my time here."
"I am proud of what we accomplished together and the culture we built within the program. Most importantly, I am thankful for the student-athletes who made coming to the field each day such a rewarding experience. While I am excited for this next chapter, I will always cherish my time as a Dragon and will continue to support Tiffin University and its future success."
