Tiffin University (1-4) got out of the gate slowly at Ferris State, falling behind 22-7 to open the game before eventually falling 82-61. The Dragons trailed at the half 49-28 as the Bulldogs shot 52 percent from the field in the first half while holding TU to 41 percent shooting. Ferris State also hit well from three point land, hitting 11 shots at a 45 percent clip.

Keenan Barlow led the Dragons with 20 points and 5 rebounds, while DeAngelo Jordan had 11 points and 7 rebounds. Mohammed Fall was solid inside for 10 points and 5 rebounds while Rafael Cuellar had 6 points and 5 rebounds.
