Miller lands second All American honor

Another day, another All American honor for Jessica Miller.

Miller was named D2CCA Second Team All American, her second All American honor of the 2024 season.

Miller is the first Tiffin player in the NCAA era to land All American honors. She was previously named NFCA First Team All American, becoming only the second Tiffin player to ever land First Team honors, joining Kristina Schweikert (NAIA First Team in 2006). She also becomes the first TU softball player to land two All American honors in the same season.

Miller recently was named D2CCA First Team All Midwest Region and NFCA First Team All Midwest Region. She was also an NFCA finalist for Freshman of the Year. She already earned a unique double honor as the freshman was named both Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year in the G-MAC.

Miller helped lead the team to the 2nd-seed in the NCAA Midwest Regional, the G-MAC regular season title, and a ranking of 17th nationally. She led the G-MAC in doubles, on-base percentage, slugging, and total bases while setting a new TU record with 25 doubles. She also ranks 1st in the nation in doubles and is 12th in runs. She hit .415 overall with 8 home runs and 49 RBI.
