KWC blew it open in the fourth, plating six and taking advantage of three Tiffin errors. The Panthers totaled 13 runs across the fourth, fifth, and sixth innings. They scored six in the fourth, five in the fifth, and two in the sixth.
Westerman and Colin Crisenberry had RBI singles in the fourth and in the fifth, Ty Hatfield scored on a KWC error and Brazier scored on a sacrifice fly by Adam Deitschel.

The Panthers ended the game in the eighth and put the run rule into effect with a two-run homerun.
Six Tiffin errors were costly in the outcome of the game.
Scotty Adelman (L, 3-2) started and took the loss, but was the victim of defensive miscues. He went 3.1 innings and allowed nine runs (eight earned) on nine hits with two walks and two strikeouts. Mason Brunecz and Steven Sexton both pitched 0.2 scoreless innings.
Hatfield and Brazier both had two hits, while Westerman and Crisenberry both had two RBI.
Game 2 (tied 5-5 through 10 innings)
With the game scoreless through 2.5 innings, the Dragons struck first with two in the bottom of the third as Fairbrother scored on a wild pitch and Hatfield scored on an RBI single by Cady.
The 2-0 lead held until the fifth when the Panthers plated three to take a 3-2 lead. Tiffin immediately answered on an opposite field solo homerun by Brazier.
The game remained tied at 3 which forced the scheduled 7 inning game to go longer. With the coaches and umpires in agreement, a runner was placed on second for each team in the extra innings.
So far through three extra innings, the teams have matched each other. Both scored one run in both the eighth and ninth with both teams going scoreless in the 10th. The Dragons had runners on second and third with one out in the 10th but couldn't push a game-winning run across as both Jack Clancy and Aidan Grabowski struck out to send the game to the 11th.
