No. 1 seed Findlay (8-1-1, 7-1-0 GMAC) defeated No. 8 seed Tiffin University (4-5-1, 4-4-1 GMAC) 3-0 in the GMAC Tournament Quarterfinals. 

Not much separated the two sides in the first 40 minutes of play. Findlay outshot the Dragons 5-2, had the advantage in corners 4-0, and forced the Dragon keeper to make three saves in the first half, but a goal from Hannah Rybicki gave the Oilers a 1-0 advantage going into the half. 

Tiffin fought hard in the second half, attacking Findlay more with five shots and two corners. However, two second-half goals from Findlay in the 50th minute and the 72nd minute sealed the win for the host.
