Tiffin University (14-8, 1-1 GLIAC) got another strong outing from Kimmy Reynolds, as she pitched a 2-1 gem in the opener before falling 4-1 in the nightcap at Ohio Dominican.

Reynolds went the distance and allowed 6 hits along with one earned run. She didn't allow a run after the first inning and held onto the slim lead for the remaining 6 innings.

Michelle Poe doubled home Libby Crow in the first inning but the Panthers answered immediately to tie the score. In the second inning, Cassandra Brown doubled to score Alayna Lytle and take a 2-1 lead. Reynolds did the rest to get TU the win.

Brown and Poe each had 2 hits with a double and RBI, while Lytle also had a double.

In the night cap, TU managed just 4 singles. They fell behind 2-0 in the first inning and didn't get on the board until the third inning when Allyson Rock singled home a run.

Tiffany Snell took the loss, pitching the first four innings and allowing just one earned run. Kelsey Yaratch finished the final 3 innings.
