Tiffin University (2-8-2, 0-7-1 GLIAC) twice had leads over Lake Erie on the road, but failed to hold the lead, settling for a 3-3 double overtime tie.

In the 7th minute, Svetlana Gudenkova scored the first of two goals, heading home a corner kick by Ali McCabe to make it 1-0 Dragons. But the Storm answered in the 42nd minute to knot the score 1-1 at the half.

TU stormed out for two quick goals after halftime, with Gudenkova scoring again, this time on a pass from Adrianna Currie. Valeria Brown then made it 3-1 Tiffin on a goal off a pass from Abby Tabor.

The Storm forced the overtime period with goals in the 60th and 64th minutes. Tiffin had two shots on goal in the final minutes of regulation but Lake Erie stopped them both. TU managed just one shot in the two overtime periods, but it was not on goal.

Overall Lake Erie outshot TU 17-14 and also held a 10-6 edge in corner kicks. Samantha Ortenzi made 5 saves for TU in 110 minutes.
