Tiffin University (21-20, 8-14 GLIAC) dropped a pair of heartbreakers on the road at Hillsdale, falling 3-2 and 1-0.

In the opener, TU managed just 4 singles but still managed to lead 2-1 in the 4th inning. Hillsdale managed to get single runs in the 4th and the 5th inning to take the lead. The Dragons were unable to get a runner on base over the final two innings.

Taylor Spang took the loss, allowing 3 earned runs in 6 innings.

In the nightcap, Madison Yanek threw well, allowing just 5 hits and no earned runs over 7 innings. Hillsdale tallied an unearned run in the 4th inning to take the lead. Tiffin had runners in scoring position in each of the last three innings but could not get the tying run across.

Kristin Prokopakis and Yanek had 2 hits apiece for TU.
