Tiffin University (16-13, 5-7 GLIAC) got solid pitching but could not warm up the bats, as TU totaled 6 hits in the doubleheader against Walsh, falling 3-0 and 2-1.

In the opener, TU managed 3 hits while Madison Yanek took the loss. She pitched 7 innings, allowing 2 earned runs while fanning 7 batters.

The Dragons had two batters reach scoring position in the second inning but could not manage to get them home. They didn't place another runner in scoring position for the remainder of the game.

In game two, Taylor Spang took the tough loss, allowing just 5 hits and 2 earned runs over 6 innings.

The Dragons trailed 1-0 for most of the game but tied it in the top of the 6th on Yanek's single. The Cavaliers came right back in the bottom of the frame to retake the lead and held on for the win. TU again totaled 3 hits in the game.
