CLEVELAND, Tenn. - The Tiffin University baseball team (1-14) lost 10-1 to Lee (17-7), Friday night at Olympic Field.

Lee scored four runs in the first two innings to take control. In the ninth, freshman Nick Raifsnider doubled to right center field. Sophomore Elijah Sanabria singled to left field to score Raifsnider, breaking up the shutout.

For Tiffin, sophomore Mike Cooperider (0-1) gave up eight hits, nine runs, four earned and walked one in 3.7 innings.

For Lee, Derrick Pitts had two hits and drove in three runs while Jordan Stewart had two hits. Jeremy Stawychny (4-2) gave up three hits, walked two and struck out seven in seven innings.

Tiffin will take on Lee in a doubleheader, Saturday, March 15, in Cleveland, Tenn. The game is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m.
