TU Women's Soccer traveled south to Columbus to battle the Ohio Dominican Panthers Sunday. The Panthers got the better of Tiffin with a 3-0 win. Samantha Ortenzi took the loss in goal for Tiffin and fellow goalkeeper Taylor Stewart saw action in net as well.

Ohio Dominican jumped on the Dragons with two first half goals.The first coming from Alexa Scardina with an unassisted goal at 4:31 when she placed a shot in the left corner to give the Panthers an early lead. The score stayed at 1-0 until the final minutes of the first half when Amanda Fodor scored an unassisted goal at 42:20 as her shot went off the crossbar and into the net. That is where the score stayed at the half.

Only one goal found the net in the second half and it came off the foot of a Panther. The third unassisted goal of the game came from Lauren Pratt at 59:08 when she scored off a rebound. That was the final score of the contest and Ohio Dominican defeated the Dragons 3-0.

Tiffin falls to 2-10, 1-5 GLIAC. Ohio Dominican improves to 8-3-1, 5-5-1 GLIAC. Tiffin will be back in action Friday when they take the long trip to the Upper Peninsula to face Northern Michigan and follow that with a Sunday contest at Michigan Tech.
