TIFFIN, Ohio - Two second half goals helped the Tiffin University women's soccer team (2-1-1, 0-0-1 GLIAC) gain a tie with Findlay (0-3-1, 0-0-1 GLIAC), Sunday afternoon at Paradiso Fields.
At the 13:01 mark, Brittany Guglielmi passed the ball from the left side, Emily Beddoes snuck it past the Tiffin keeper in the lower left corner. A little over 10 minutes into the second half, Beddoes assisted on Guglielmi's goal.
Things looked bad as the Dragons trailed 2-0 at that point. At the 58:50 mark, senior Ashley Davis threaded through traffic and found freshman Giulianne Domingues. She blasted the ball into the twine to make it 2-1. With 17:18 to go, freshman Olivia Haskin hit a shot that hit the post. Davis collected the rebound and put it in to tie it all up.
