Tiffin University's Shelly Rogers was one of only four GLIAC women's soccer players named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 2011-12 Division II women's soccer team, as the All-District squads were announced after vote of the nation's sports information directors.

Rogers, a senior 4.00 Management major, was joined by Grand Valley State's Ashley Botts and Chelsea Parise, and Ohio Dominican's Shara Perry representing the GLIAC. Rogers is also a three-time GLIAC Academic honoree and former Commissioner's Award recipient.

Rogers, who was also recently named First Team All-GLIAC and leads the nation in assists, was also one of just four players on the Division II All-District squad to sport a perfect 4.00 GPA.
