Tiffin University (2-23) failed to step up the defense, allowing Wayne State to shoot 60 percent in the game in falling 91-74. TU also turned the ball over 17 times while the Warriors had just 9 turnovers. TU trailed at the half 39-29 but could not seem to pull the game to within striking distance as they continued to trail by the same amount throughout the second half. Rafael Cuellar led TU with 15 points and 9 rebounds, while Keenan Barlow had 14 points. Brian Scott and DeAngelo Jordan tossed in 13 points each.
