Tiffin University (0-2) dropped a disappointing decision at Findlay, falling 3-1 in their GLIAC opener. Findlay opened scoring in the 12th minute before TU equalized in the 16th minute on a goal by Ashley Davis on a pass from Shelly Rogers. The Oilers took a 2-1 advantage at halftime with another goal in the 34th minute. They then tacked on an insurance goal in the 55th minute to put the game away. Lindsey Gallagher played in goal for the Dragons, allowing 3 goals over 90 minutes while also making 4 saves. TU outshot the Oilers 17-13.
