TIFFIN, Ohio – After continuing to make strides as a program in 2025, the Tiffin University women's cross country team enters the 2026 campaign eager to take another step forward under head coach
Mark Del Monaco. The Dragons return a talented mix of veteran leadership and developing young runners as they prepare for a challenging schedule that culminates with hosting the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship.
The Dragons will open the season on Sept. 11 at the Tiffin XC Open before hosting the G-MAC Preview Meet later in the month. Tiffin will also compete at the Lucian Rosa Invitational and Lock Haven Go Fast River Run before returning home to host the G-MAC Championships on Nov. 7.

Adisen Stadem gives the Dragons optimism as they look to move up the conference standings while challenging for postseason opportunities.
They'll look for greater impact from several upperclassmen who have consistently contributed points for the Dragons, while a strong incoming class will add depth and competition throughout the lineup.
The Cedarville Yellow Jackets headline the conference entering 2026 after capturing the G-MAC championship and tying a program-best seventh-place finish at the NCAA Division II National Championships a year ago. Hillsdale, led by reigning G-MAC Female Athlete of the Year Allison Kuzma, figures to be a strong contender once again, while Findlay brings back standout runners Lauren Stattler and Olivia Fenbert as the Oilers seek to make their own push toward a conference crown.
Action will kick off for the 'Gons on Friday when they host the Tiffin XC Open at the Paradiso Athletic Complex. The women's race will begin at 6 p.m. and will be a 5K loop around Paradiso. You can find the full schedule
