The Tiffin University women's track and field team placed fifth out of 12 teams at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships.
Tiffin collected a total of 64 points while Hillsdale won the team title with 219, edging Ashland by 5.5 points.
Day three highlights include Olivia Drozd and Mikelia Strong being named G-MAC Champions in their respective events. Drozd claimed the 1500 run title with a time of 4:37.81 and Strong was the 100 meter hurdles champ recording a time of 13.97 seconds.
Other notable results on Friday include a sixth-place finish by Morgan Foos in the high jump with a mark of 1.63 meters while Me'kiyah Earnest placed seventh in the triple jump with a mark of 11.13 meters.
The 4x100 relay team of Ayanna Woods, Strong, Maekayla Rameau, Nevaeh Lewis, Amirah Dixon, and Chelsea Janis placed second with a time of 45.98 seconds.
Amilia Wise-Sweat finished second in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:10.68 and Woods placed fourth in the 200 meter dash recording a time of 24.69 seconds.
