Tiffin University's women's wrestling program had a number of competitors at the USA Women's Wrestling National Championships April 9-12.

In the U20 division Annesley Day placed 7^th, earning All American status at 55kg with a 4-2 record. Also, in U20 division Sophia Antonio finished with a 3-2 record, making the round of 12 (last round before reaching All American status) at 59kg. 

In the U23 division Annesley Day went 3-2, making the round of 12 (last round before reaching All American status) at 55kg. Also, in the U23 division Sophia Antonio 59kg and Erin Martin 72kg went 1-2.

The U.S. Open is a qualifier for the Senior Level (Olympic Level) World Team Trials. This is the second biggest event held in USA wrestling. Annesley Day had a 2-2 record, reaching the quarterfinals and losing in the round of 12 (last round before reaching All American status) at 55kg. Sienna Sanborn had a 0-2 record at 59kg.
