Tiffin University (2-2) controlled the tempo on the road, defeating District of Columbia 13-5.

The Dragons opened play with efficient offense, putting 10 shots on goal and scoring on 6 of them as they took a 6-0 lead after one quarter. Matthew Nunnaro had 2 goals as did Jack Howard, while Aaron Cotter and Connor Gucwa also had goals.

Tiffin led 9-2 at the half and continued to control play in the second half with a 26-13 shot advantage. Overall Tiffin outshot DC 48-29 including 33-13 on goal. 

Defensively TU forced 30 DC turnovers and held a 47-33 ground ball advantage. They also won the faceoffs 14-7.

Overall Howard finished with 4 goals and 2 assists while Nunnaro had 3 goals and an assist.

Cotter had 2 goals and 2 assists along with 3 ground balls while Noah Cruz and Cole Mack also had goals. 

Nick Overocker had 8 ground balls and won 11 faceoffs while Dominic Giacona had 7 ground balls with 2 caused turnovers.
