Tiffin University (1-1) picked up its first win of 2026, shutting out Shorter University on the road 23-0.

Tiffin was not challenged throughout the game, holding a 13-1 shot edge in the first half en route to a 11-0 halftime lead.

The Dragons kept up the attack in the third quarter, posting a 12-1 shot advantage while scoring 8 goals.

Overall Tiffin outshot Shorter 32-4 including a 22-0 shots on goal total. The Dragons also held a 26-9 ground ball lead and a 10-4 faceoff advantage.

Leading the attack was Jack Howard with 4 goals and 2 assists while Noah Cruz and John Filippou also had 3 goals each. 

Mason Martini scored a pair of goals while Connor Gucwa, Kenneth Guerrero, Danny Garcia, Jamen Hacha, Cole Back, Trevyn Carter, and Jacob Nelson also scored.

Blake Borup added 3 assists while Kyle Geller had 4 assists. Izak Rowe, Back, and Cole Mack also had assists.

Tyler Nutting got the win in goal.
