Wayne State finished off the four-game series sweep of the Dragons (0-7) on Sunday afternoon with a 6-1 victory.
With the game tied at one through seven innings, Wayne State scored five in the final two innings, and all five runs came with two outs.
Patrick Dinnen walked a batter, allowed a single, and hit a batter to load the bases for the Warriors in the eighth, but could not escape unscathed.
With two outs and two on in the ninth, WSU's Ty Garza provided a two-run double to blow the game open off TU hurler Brett Madison.
WSU struck first for one in the second inning off TU starter Brandon Swope. Swope worked around a bases loaded no out jam and only allowed the one run.
The score stayed 1-0 until the seventh when Weston Thompson provided a pinch-hit RBI double that scored Adam Deitschel to tie it. Looking to take the lead, Luke Westerman and Gavin Marceric went down swinging to end the inning.
In the eighth, Tiffin had two runners on with the go ahead run at the plate but couldn't put the ball in play as the inning ended on strikeouts by Brayden Clark and Michael Patellis.
Dinnen (0-1) was credited with the loss after giving up the two in the eighth. Austin Guerra and Hayden Bush both recorded scoreless outings.
Westerman was the only Dragon to record a multi-hit day.
