The Tiffin University women's soccer team (1-4-2, 0-3-1 G-MAC) battled Ursuline in a defensive showdown on the road Saturday afternoon as the game ended 0-0.  

Today's result marked the first in conference play for the Dragons as they picked up their first point, but the offense has now been shutout in five straight games. 

Tia Nagle and Amanda Feury both recorded shots on goal in the first 10 minutes and both were saved by Ursuline's goalkeeper. Despite those two quick shots on goal, the Dragons would only record two more shots on goal for the game. The TU defense also held Ursuline to two shots on goal in the opening half. 

In the second half, in the 83rd minute, Dani Garner recorded a shot on goal and it was once again saved. The Dragons earned their first corner kick opportunity of the game with 18 seconds left and couldn't capitalize.  

Ursuline had the advantage in total shots (14-9), shots on goal (9-4), and corner kicks (9-1). 

Aubree Lee played all 90 minutes in goal and made nine saves.
