Leading 5-1 as the fourth quarter started, the Dragons mounted a rally. Kyle Geller scored a goal off a pass from Nunnaro to make it 5-2 at the 14:40 mark, and then Leyton Roetting took a dish from Geller at the 13:58 mark to cut the deficit to 5-3.

Tiffin kept up the attack, with a shot by Jack Howard hitting the post and another shot by Cole Back forcing a save.
