In the nightcap, four errors hurt the Dragons early as Tiffin fell behind 5-1 heading to the bottom of the fourth inning. The Dragons tried to rally as Koesters and

Tori Abel had a bunt single to load the bases with no outs. But a lineout from
Reagan Mengerink to left field turned into a triple play as the left fielder threw out the runner coming home and the catcher then threw out the runner trying to advance to second.
The play fired up the Panthers, who responded in the top of the fifth by scoring 7 runs to put the game out of reach.
Ella Esterby took the loss, pitching 3 innings and allowing 5 hits and one earned run with 4 strikeouts. In all, five Dragons pitchers allowed 12 runs (9 earned) in the tough loss.
