Tiffin University's hot streak continued, as the Dragons (20-8, 4-0 G-MAC) won their ninth in a row with a 9-0 and 8-0 sweep of Thomas More.
Tiffin's 20-8 start is their best in 14 years and their second best start in the Dragons' NCAA Division II era.
Ella Esterby improved to 8-3 with a win in game one, allowing 3 hits with 6 strikeouts over 5 innings.
Tiffin got all 9 of its runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Jessica Miller doubled for another run. Mirgon then smashed her second home run of the inning, driving in three more runs. Head singled, moved to second on a wild pitch, and then scored on Harper's single to finish the scoring.
In game two,
Lexi Key went the distance, allowing just one hit over 6 innings with 10 strikeouts and no walks.
This time TU spaced out its scoring. They tallied 3 runs in the first inning. Mengerink led off with a double and came home on Miller's double. Miller then scored on Head's double. A
Molly Koesters single then drove in Head to make it 3-0.
In the second,
Lydia Kobie singled and came around to score on Miller's single followed by an error in left field. Mirgon then singled home another run and then stole second. After moving to third on an error, she came home on Harper's groundout to make it 6-0.
Tiffin got another run in the fourth. With two outs, Koesters walked. Pinchrunner
Ryan Wallace then stole second and came home on McPherson's triple.
Tiffin ended the game in walkoff fashion in the sixth. With two outs, Harper singled. Following Koesters' single, McPherson doubled to drive the final run across the plate.
