Tiffin University (7-13, 2-10 G-MAC) struggled in the second half, falling on the road at Northwood 75-57.

Tiffin started strong, shooting 53 percent in the opening quarter to win the period 21-16.

TU suddenly went cold in the next quarter, though, falling off to 26 percent as the Timberwolves outscored the Dragons 19-10 in the quarter and took a 35-31 lead into halftime.

The Dragons were unable to turn it around in the second half and were hurt by a rough third quarter. While Northwood shot 58 percent after the break, Tiffin managed just 18 percent from the floor leading to a 23-10 NU edge that pushed its lead to 58-41 entering the final quarter.

Overall Tiffin managed just 32 percent shooting from the field. While the Dragons only turned the ball over 12 times, Northwood made the most of it, holding a 16-7 edge in points off turnovers. Northwood also held a 45-34 rebounding advantage.

Megan Campbell and Bree Allen reached double figures with 11 points apiece. Grace Craig also posted 8 points with 8 rebounds.
