Tiffin University (4-9, 1-6 G-MAC) fell behind early and count catch up as Lake Erie defeated the Dragons 23-4.
Tiffin and Lake Erie nearly matched each other in shots in the first quarter as Lake Erie led 13-10, but the Storm connected on six of them to lead 6-1 after one quarter.
Lake Erie kept up the attack with four more goals in the second quarter and held a 10-2 lead at halftime.
The Storm turned up the attack in the second half, holding a 33-10 shot edge as they put the game away. Overall TU lost the shot battle 58-27.
Tiffin had 19 total turnovers but narrowly lost the ground ball battle 28-25.
Tiffin's four goals were scored by

Aydan Gilbert with two goals apiece.
Isaac Wert also had an assist.
Tyler Nutting collected 9 saves over nearly 40 minutes in taking the loss in the nets.
