Tiffin University (2-2) could not keep pace with Lewis, as the Dragons fell on the road 27-2.

Tiffin fell behind 10-0 after one quarter as it were outshot 22-3 in the opening 15 minutes. Tiffin got its lone goal by Brandon McDonell at the 9:20 mark of the second quarter off a pass from Aydan Gilbert to bring the score to 11-1. At the halftime break, Lewis led 15-1.

McDonell also got Tiffin's second goal in the opening minute of the fourth quarter on an unassisted shot.

Overall Lewis outshot the Dragons 62-18 and won the ground ball battle 46-12. 

McDonell also led the team with 4 ground balls while Mike Roman had 3 grounds balls and 2 caused turnovers. 

Tyler Nutting took the loss in goal, making 19 saves over 45 minutes.
