The Dragons (12-6, 6-4 G-MAC) faced Hillsdale College for the second time this season, this time on home court, but were unable to secure the victory as the offense struggled in a 73-35 defeat.
Tiffin shot just 27.5 percent from the field and tallied an uncharacteristic 15 turnovers in total for the game. The Chargers led from start to finish in this one as they converted 53.6 percent of their total shots and 35.3 percent from deep.
Wesley Jordan was the only player to reach double figures, leading the team with 10 points, four rebounds and two steals. He was followed by
Ian Lopez with nine points and four rebounds while
Morgan Taylor added six points and two assists.
Brandon Swaby led the team in both rebounds with five and assists with three while adding five points as well.
The loss brings an end to the Dragons' three-game win streak, however, they will look to bounce back this Saturday, February 3rd when they travel to Thomas More for a battle with the Saints.
