Tiffin University (13-4-1, 12-2 G-MAC) enjoyed its Senior Day with a thrilling last-minute 1-0 win over Findlay.
The Dragons, regular season G-MAC champions and host of the G-MAC Men's Soccer Championships, took on second-place Findlay and controlled the tempo throughout the game. Overall Tiffin held a 23-6 shot advantage and a 9-1 corner kick edge including 6-0 in the second half.
Despite the statistical advantage, the Dragons could not crack the scoreboard until the 86th minute when
Caleb Gibbons took a pass from
Aalon Wilson Wright and snuck it past the goalkeeper for the game-winner.
Tiffin's defense was exceptional once again, allowing just 3 total shots on goal in the shutout.Â
Felix Graf got the win in the nets, making 3 saves over 90 minutes.
