Tiffin University (1-1) got a first-half goal and made it stand up in a 1-0 decision over Davenport.

TU got on the board in the 34th minute when Juan Rosique Alvarez scored off a goal by Davide Frezzi. 

TU's defense kept Davenport under control from the outset, allowing just one shot on goal in the first 45 minutes. 

The strong defense continued in the second half, as they allowed only one more shot on goal the rest of the way.

Declan Lehmann got the win in goal, posting the shutout while making 2 saves over 90 minutes.

TU outshot the Panthers 15-11 overall.
