Tiffin University (14-7, 3-1 GMAC) won some close matches to dispatch Hillsdale 4-1.

TU got three close wins in doubles play. Michael Gurtner/Matthew Telford edged Sean Barstow/Tyler Conrad 6-4, Ruben Fonga/Matthew Weaver narrowly downed Brennan Cimpeanu/Daniel Gilbert 7-5, and Cyrille Colomb/Gabriel de Oliveira made it a sweep with a win over Bogdan Janicijevic/Matt Granzotto 6-4.

In singles, Hillsdale got its lone point at first singles where Brennan Cimpeanu defeated Michael Gurtner 7-6, 6-1. TU got three more points to put the match away, however, as Ruben Fonga swept Tyler Conrad 6-3, 6-3, Matthew Weaver got a comeback win over Sean Barstow 3-6, 6-4, 6-4, and Cyrille Colomb beat Bogdan Janicijevic 6-1, 6-3. Matthew Telford and Daniel Martinez Roca did not finish their matches.
