Tiffin University (21-6) qualified for its fifth consecutive NCAA Midwest Regional berth, as the NCAA announced regional competition for the 2025-26 season.
The Dragons, fresh off their G-MAC regular season championship, will enter as the 4th seed and take on top-seed Grand Valley State on May 11-12 in the Midwest Regional held at Indianapolis. UIndy, seeded 1st, will take on 8th-seed Findlay in the other contest. A win would send the Dragons to a region finals contest on May 12.
In the other Midwest Regional, 2nd-seed Ferris State will take on 7th-seed Drury, while 3rd-seed Wayne State will battle 6th-seed Northwood.
A max of 48 teams will compete in the preliminary rounds. The championship is set for Saturday, May 22. The finals will be held in Surprise, Arizona, hosted by Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex. The 16-team bracket will be decided by the 16 preliminary-round tournaments.
Tiffin's men's tennis team remains in the Top 25, coming in at #23 in the latest ITA Division II national rankings.
Tiffin sports a 21-6 record and is the G-MAC regular season champion. They advanced to the G-MAC Tournament finals, falling to Northwood 4-3. They are the highest ranked team from the G-MAC, with Northwood (30th) and Findlay (50th) also making appearances.
Tiffin's 21 wins is a new single season record for the program. They have not lost a regular season conference match in over four years and have a combined record of 78-27 over the last four seasons.
