Tiffin University (1-1) picked up its first win of the season at Trevecca Nazarene, as the Dragons' defense shined in a 2-0 victory.

TU outshot TNU 11-5, allowing no shots in the first half and only two shots on goal in the game. Tiffin also held a 10-3 edge in corner kicks, controlling the ball at both ends of the field.

The Dragons got on the board quickly, as Joel Daly scored off a pass from Eduardo Carvalho in the 7th minute to make it 1-0. TU held an 8-0 shot advantage in the first half and took the one-goal lead into the halftime break.

TU got its second goal in the 86th minute, as Carvalho drove home a pass from Landon Evans.

Declan Lehman got the win in goal, making 2 saves over 90 minutes of work.
