Tiffin University gave up four first half goals and could not catch up, falling at Saginaw Valley State 4-1.

The Cardinals jumped on TU early, scoring goals in the 5th and 10th minutes before tacking on two more goals in the 29th and 42nd minute.

The Dragons got their lone goal from Austin Combs in the 43rd minute to make the score 4-1 at the half.

Overall the Cardinals and Dragons matched each other statistically, with the Cardinals outshooting TU 18-17, had more shots on goal 7-6, and edged TU in corner kicks 8-7.

Kyle Karagitz took the loss in goal, making 3 saves over 90 minutes.
