Tiffin University (5-9, 3-2 GLIAC) took on Grand Valley State in a big GLIAC showdown but could not keep up with the Lakers, as they fell 15-9.
The Dragons kept things close early but with the score tied 3-3 at the 18:48 mark, the Lakers scored 6 of the next 7 goals to take a 9-4 lead into the half.
Grand Valley didn't give the Dragons a chance to get back into it, as they opened the second half by scoring 4 of the first 5 goals and take a commanding 9 point lead.
