Tiffin University (5-7-2, 4-6-1 GLIAC) failed to score in a 4-0 shutout at the hands of Saginaw Valley State.
Coupled with TU's 1-0 loss to Cedarville earlier in the week, the Dragons have not scored in their last 236 minutes of action. The Cardinals got 2 first half goals, with Lachlan Savage taking a cross from the left that deflected off the post and headed it in in the 6th minute.
In the 31st minute, Conor Reaume banged home a shot from 25 yards out to make it 2-0 at the half.
Taylor Clarke (56th minute) and Mitch Posuniak (72nd minute) added goals in the second half to put the game away.
Saginaw Valley outshot TU 10-7 in the defensive battle while also holding a 5-4 edge in corner kicks. Jeremy Ashley took the loss in goal, making one save in 90 minutes.
