Tiffin University allowed goals in each half, eventually falling to Saginaw Valley State 2-0 in a key GLIAC matchup. The Dragons fall to 7-5-2, 3-4-2 GLIAC with the loss while the Cardinals improve to 10-2-3, 6-2-2.

SVSU got on the board in the 29th minute off a cross in the box to take a 1-0 halftime edge. They added an insurance goal in the 55th minute off another pass in the box to put the game out of reach.

The Cardinals outshot TU 20-14 though Tiffin did have 9 corner kicks to Saginaw Valley's 3. Jeremy Ashley took the loss in goal, making 9 saves in 90 minutes.

Tiffin held a 9-7 advantage in shots at halftime but the Cardinals turned the tide around dramatically in the second half, outshooting TU 13-5.
