Tiffin University's women's tennis team fell in their GLIAC and season-opening match 7-2 to Ashland University.

The Dragons lone victories came by default at first singles by Emily Egan-Morris and at second singles, where Malaika Messi won 6-3, 6-1.

Messi/Egan-Morris fell at first doubles 5-8, while Jessie Stefanov/Taylor Cooper (4-8) and Renee Mattson/Nicole Ardner (4-8) also lost in close matches. Mattson also fell in a sixth singles match 6-3, 4-6, 8-10, while Stefanov lost at third singles 5-7, 1-6.
