Dragons Excel in Doubles at Oberlin Invitational

OBERLIN, Ohio - Tiffin University women's tennis wrapped up singles and doubles competition spanning September 18–20, 2026, at the Oberlin Tennis Complex, getting strong play in both singles and doubles. 

Singles Highlights: 

Tea Schoulmann-Dore earned a hard-fought 6-4, 7-6 (8-6) victory over Oberlin's Stella Kollmansberge and Victoria Syms posted a strong 6-1, 7-5 win against Arina Kuzmina from Oberlin. Jemimah Choi also picked up a win, defeating Findlay's Maria Depablos 5-4 (7-4), 4-2. 

Erna Brdarevic and Jessica Carley both fell in tough three-set battles. Brdarevic fell to Lauren Hatflield from Oberlin 4-6, 6-2, 6-10 and Jessica Carley fell 6-3, 4-6, 8-10 to Oberlin's Freya Rahm. 

Doubles Highlights: 

Jemimah Choi and Brooke McNeal led the way, securing multiple wins including a 6-3 defeat of Polina Zaytseva/Simone Cameron (Findlay), a tight 7-6 (7-5) win over Maria Depablos/Roksana Kokocha (Findlay), and a dominant 6-0 sweep of Nicolette Fuhr/Anna Schmidt (Ashland). 

Wren Cunningham and Ashley Reinhart picked up three victories, edging Elena Pahs/Kinley Neff (Capital) 7-6 (7-2) and Cameron Silverman/Kami Magaw from Mount Union 6-1. The duo also defeated Capital 6-3.  

Tea Schoulmann-Dore and Victoria Syms defeated Anna Schmidt/Nicolette Fuhr (Ashland) 6-2.  

Erna Brdarevic and Katarina Yates tallied wins over Claudia Pastor/Tingyi Li (Findlay, 6-4) and Caroline Allen/Leah Schleibaum (ONU, 6-4), plus a 7-5 decision over Anastasia Cheng/Stella Kollmansberge from Oberlin.  

Grace Arnold and Elliett Briggs added a 7-5 win over Olivia Guzman/Grace Moloney (Oberlin) and a 6-1 victory against Hannah Neely/Marianna Farmakidis (Mount Union). 

Tiffin will travel to Northwood for the Northwood Invitational on Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3.
