Rafaella Gioffre joined the Dragons staff in January 2024 and enters her first season as Graduate Assistant Coach in 2024-25.
Gioffre most recently spent time as part of the coaching staff for the University of Rio Grande's volleyball team in 2021-22. While there, she assisted with recruiting, film, scheduling and travel planning. Gioffre spent three years competing for both the volleyball and women's golf programs at Rio Grande.
She transferred to Rio Grande from Columbus State Community College where she played on the volleyball team for two years, both of which the team reached the NJCAA DIII National Tournament.
Gioffre earned her bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Rio Grande in May 2021.
