Kucharczyk has coached volleyball throughout her collegiate career at the club level, and previously assisted Michigan State University’s volleyball team as a student assistant. 

Kucharczyk played volleyball at Grand Valley State University where she was an All GLIAC selection twice as an outside hitter and libero. 

Kucharczyk is from Battle Creek, Michigan and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing in 2023. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Sport’s Administration.
