2021:

Boccia was named to Third Team All-Conference on defense. She had 13 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers (3rdon the team).

2020 (shortened season):

Played and started 5 games.

2019:

Played and started in 19 games...had 10 ground balls and 5 caused turnovers.

2018:

Boccia appeared in seven games for the Dragons, scoring one goal and picking up three ground balls.

Personal:

Maria is the daughter of Gaetano and Gina Boccia. She has one sibling and intends to major in Health and Wellness as well as Sports Management.

High School:

Boccia is a graduate of Eastlake High School in Chula Vista, California. She was the 2017 team mvp, team captain, San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic team selection, and was a 1st team Metro League All-Conference selection.
